2. Lost Packages

If your order does not arrive within the estimated delivery timeframe and is confirmed lost in transit by the shipping carrier, we will issue a replacement or full refund.

Please contact us within 30 days of your order date if you believe your package has been lost.

 

3. Incorrect Shipping Information

We are not responsible for orders lost or undelivered due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer. Please double-check your address before confirming your order.
